Pack 758
Cub Scout Pack 758 is made up of a diverse background of scouts and families. We welcome short-term and long-term residents in Japan, families returning from overseas, and bilingual Japanese families. All activities are held in English, so we ask that the scouts have a basic level of English speaking and understanding to ensure safe and fun participation.
BELONGING TO A DEN The den—a group of children who are in the same grade and are the same gender—is the place where Cub Scouting starts. In the den, Cub Scouts develop new skills and interests, they practice sportsmanship and good citizenship, and they learn to do their best, not just for themselves but for the den as well. |
ACTIVITIES Cub Scouts participate in a huge array of activities, including games, projects, skits, stunts, songs, outdoor activities, trips, and service projects. Besides being fun, these activities offer opportunities for growth, achievement, and family involvement. Pack 758 enjoys taking fun visits to the zoo, hiking on local trails, learning at museums, and other local events. We also host the annual Pinewood Derby in March. Each scout designs and builds their own derby car to race. It a highlight of the scouting year. |
Scouts are placed in dens by school grade in September. If your child attends Japanese school, please contact Membership to find out the appropriate den.
